As of September 3, 2006, I am due to send yet another of my regular Freedom of Information and Privacy (FOIPA) requests to the FBI requesting proof of an official investigation of myself.

However, since I am still awaiting word from the Department of Justice regarding a previous administrative appeal of a *previous* FOIPA request, I am deciding to postpone the scheduled, new, FOIPA request.

So far, regarding the above mentioned administrative appeal which was sent to the Department of Justice on May 15, 2006, I have only heard back that the appeal was received but that processing would be delayed due to a significant back log of unprocessed appeals.
